My nephew attended this school and it is HORRIBLE! Now, my nephew had some behavioral issues, however, Oakview never attempted to help at all!! He just left the 5th grade, which was the worst year of all. He had Mrs. Sage, who is evil. All year my nephew was depressed and the school would do nothing. We had parents calling us, and telling us how horrible Mrs. Sage treated my nephew, and how their own kids were terrified of her. One child even said, "if Mrs. Sage treated me like she treats him I'd kill myself before I'd go back to school. Many complaints have been made on this teacher, but yet nothing is ever done!!! This is a very serious matter, and my nephew is suffering from this past year. He is very depressed. DO NOT attend OAKVIEW, your kids deserve better.

I went to Oakview in K-5 all of the teachers were amazing. All of them seemed to really care about us. I was always given the level of work that suited me. The KARE program was good until the new teachers came in but KARE is ending at Oakview. About the two star review I was their in 2011 and I never heard of a Mrs.Sage. Their was a club for everything there was intramurals, junior optimists and more. We had music, gym, art and a library class every week. Oakview was great and if you live close enough you should go
